Welcome to the Life's Celebrations MemoryWorks Blog Hop sponsored by Simple Stories! If you are just joining in, the fun starts at MemoryWorks and takes you through thirteen other blogs. A prize will be given to one lucky commenter (from all the blogs along the hop). The more blogs you comment on, the better odds you have to win.

The blog hop officially begins at 11 AM EST. |
I have two projects to share with you today. Both were made with the Simple Stories 25 Days of Christmas kit:

Simple Stories: 25 Days of Christmas |
First on the agenda...a coffee sleeve mini-album that will guide me through Christmas planning (I need lists, people! Getting forgetful at the old age of thirty-three!):
A Christmas Planner: Coffee Sleeve Mini-Album |
Can you believe it once looked like this...
Don't throw away those coffee sleeves...upcycle them! |
I made eight pages in all, including one hidden pocket page. Do you see it? (Hint: No Peeking)
It's never too early to start planning the holidays! |
Ready for the eight page reveal?
And my second project is a gift I'm giving my eight-year-old. It's an "All I Want for Christmas" notebook where she can record (surprise, surprise) all the things that are on her Christmas wish list.

"All I Want for Christmas" Notebook |
I used cardboard from a cereal box for the cover, assorted paper scraps for the inside and The Cinch to put it all together.
A close-up of the cover page. |
A look at the back cover. |
To prove that I used scrap paper for the notebook, have a look at the not-so-perfectly sized pages:
Yes, I've been digging into my paper scrap bin! |
